Reply to Owner April 2024, original at bottom: The only point of the post: I would still avoid 507. Maybe the problem is solved(you won't know until the temps drop again and an ice storm will make it much worse), but the building has around 40 other apartments, why take a chance? Typical rental company, nothing special. Rent from these people and you will be fine if nothing goes wrong. If not, expect it to be a pain. So the usual renting experience....
