I really enjoy living here at the Lofts. The maintenance man, Robert, is good. He has handled all my maintenance issues in a timely fashion. He seems to be a kind and friendly person. Jamila is a good leasing manager. She tries to help you resolve any issues you may have. About the only thing that is hard for me to get used to are the dogs. That's because I'm scared of those. I ABSOLUTELY love it here. The apartments are very spacious. It’s a very safe, and quiet place to live. Not to mention management and maintenance go above and beyond for the tenants.

The Lofts of Texarkana is a great place to live, the property is well taken care of, and the management is very friendly and keeps the place thriving with her great people personality, Also with the wonderful help of the maintenance guy, he does such a great job in keeping the apartment complex looking and smelling great!
