Management unresponsive and not helpful. Stay away.
The farthest from luxury living in existence. Someone else wrote a review 2 YEARS ago and finished it with “all complaints go without remedy.” I’d like to start this review by focusing on this, and this alone. You sign a lease and part of your rent is designated for the security gates. Of the 2 years I have lived here, they’ve been closed for 3 months total. An incredible place to live! Everyone is so sweet, welcoming, and leasing staff as well as maintenance are extremely knowledgeable about their jobs.
I would not recommend, ever. Very run down, super thin walls that you can hear everything......AND I MEAN EVERYTHING, old appliances, amenities are run down (you can't play shuffle board or shoot pool). If you hate marijuana smell, don't live here. Gate is always broken, rat traps by the door, packages all over the floor because they don't have enough room to place them.
