The people who live here are great, but the gates are always broken and one of the doors never locked the entire year i lived here. They always say their waiting on the vendor to come fix the gate, which may be true but it would usually be weeks before they ever get fixed then they would work for a while and then break again and just stays in that perpetual cycle. Best place I've ever lived! Attentive staff, maintenance comes right away when you have a problem, and the gym is really nice!
Beware of constant rate increases, not small ones, and frequent building inconveniences. I have lived here 3+ years and have paid rental increases with each new lease renewal and now when I want to go month to month I have been presented with yet another increase of appx $1000 more than where I started. I tried speaking to management but they were completely unwilling to work with me. Apparently no value is placed on conscientious long term residents. So get your wallet ready if you sign on. I have LOVED my time here at The Lofts!!! The leasing manager is amazing and the most friendly and welcoming woman!! The maintenance men are also amazing and super friendly and helpful!! The units are STUNNING and the amenities are superior!
If you know, you know… The Lofts of Greenville is hands-down one of the best-kept secrets in the South. I’ve called this space home for 5 years and it’s everything you dream a true loft should be: Massive windows, natural light pouring in, industrial charm, and that rare kind of energy that just inspires you daily.
