My first year living there, I might have put 5 stars, but after recently moving out and reflecting on my time there, I am left feeling extremely disappointed. It's a beautiful space and property, and I don't regret living there, but if you value having a leasing office team that is easy to get in touch with, I would NOT recommend. They are super nice, don't get me wrong, but when you actually need them, expect to send upwards of 4 emails/messages before maybe possibly hopefully getting a response. Front gate is always wide open. I’ve lived here for 9 months and the gate to the swamp rabbit was just fixed to where you have to have your key fob to gain access. I thought one of the perks to living here was that it was gated. However, the main gate is often left wide open. Last night i was terrified when a homeless person waltzed in the MAIN WIDE OPEN GATE.
