I've lived here for almost 3 years and it's been an amazing experience. The furnishings are comfortable and the proximity to downtown in addition to campus is unmatched. On top of that, the property managers are responsive and genuinely nice people. I couldn't recommend living at The Lofts enough.

I unfortunately only got to spend 1 year at the Lofts on Broadway and I wish I could have stayed longer! Angie and Kelly are so responsive, professional and just overall nice people. Maintnence is so polite and gets back to you ASAP. I’ve only had one Maintnence request the whole year I lived here. The units are beautiful, updated, bright, have the perfect amount of space and have a great view of downtown. Noise was not a major issue either, especially living downtown. This place is absolutely disgusting they never do maintenance clean the laundromat fix issues in your apartment from a light bulb to the ac pets using the bathroom in the stair case trash in the washer and the dryer pool is a disease pool no security cameras to protect your kids any place is better than this I moved my daughter out of this nightmare
