I lived at the Loft for two years and I really loved the location. All the restaurants and bars, chase bank, village park, and LIRR were all very walkable. The building was beautifully maintained by the super Domenica, who lives in the building and makes herself available to the tenants. There were a lot of maintenance visits inside your apartment throughout the year (fire alarm check, window cleaning, vent filter replacement, etc.) but I felt very comfortable allowing Domenica to let herself in to work when I was not availa... read more

I've had a great experience living at the Lofts for over two years. Close to tons of restaurants, a bank, pharmacy, LIRR and more. The building is clean and well maintained and managed by Domenica and Johnathan. when things break or go bad they had it taken care of and fixed right away. As long as its not due to negligence the building is very good about replacing things that just go bad. My dishwasher had stopped working and they replaced it right away. Wonderful place to live! Great location and a clean building I always felt safe at home in. The building is well kept and never had any issues. Would recommend.
