I have been a tenant for going on two years now. Ann, the leasing agent, is always very communicative and Art, maintenance, is very quick to respond to requests. The complex is quiet, despite being so close to the main highways. The apartments are spacious and the third floor has incredibly high ceilings, making it feel more like a house rather than an apartment. (Views are great too with all of the windows!)
Our leasing agent, Ann was so incredibly helpful in the process of touring the properties. She went above and beyond in setting up showings and really showed true professionalism in her expertise. The property is also incredibly well-maintained and has lots of cool amenities, would highly recommend for any age professionals looking for an incredible place to live!
This apartment is beautiful! The previous apartment my husband and I lived in was a "slum lord" property: mold, poor management, bad maintenance. So this has been a wonderfully peaceful 180°! Any issue we've had has been handled quickly and thoroughly by the maintenance team, and Ann has answered any and all question quickly and enthusiastically!
