RecommendedAbsolutely the best place we have ever rented! Office staff goes way beyond to meet any needs, the maintenance staff is wonderful, the whole experience was great for us. Truly felt like home. I highly recommend this complex.

MOLD MOLD MOLD DO NOT move into this complex if you plan on living in a clean, healthy environment. We moved in about 3 months ago, and immediately started having mold exposure symptoms. My 4 year old son kept getting 104 fevers that lasted a week each time. Congestion. Eye infections. Upper respiratory infections. Mood swings. Itchy bumps and then finally, fully body hives. RecommendedQuiet Apartment Complex with a very friendly staff. Over the last year there have been numerous improvements landscaping and building exterior. The Maintenance crew is quick and efficient in any repairs that may arise. Very Nice pool and pool area to relax in. Very close to anything you may need in Amarillo. Located in the Bushland School District!
RecommendedI love living here! The team treats you like family and the maintenance is always professional, friendly and on the job that's needed! The location is perfect for everything I need. The grounds are always neat and well cared for with beautiful landscaping-some is new and already blooming. Everyone I've met that live here are interesting to speak with and friendly.

RecommendedGreat staff, beautiful trails and how new they are built. The only difference between them is square footage but when I move into the new home it obviously will have more square feet. The square footage as built is more than enough. I moved here as my home is being built and couldn't have found a greater community!
