I have been living here for a little over a year now. Even before I lived here I have always had a good relationship with the property management here as I run a small elevator museum and before they gutted the old building allowed me to salvage an elevator button panel that otherwise would have been thrown away. Their business plan is basically "get new people to move in, screw the people who already live here". Front door pass code was changed without informing anybody, I asked several times for new code but nobody answered. Impossible to get anybody on the phone. Move out procedures are VERY different than most apartments. Require a 90 day notice prior to end of lease if you will move out, everywhere else I have lived has been 30.
