I've seen videos on this apartment from dieselducy aka Andrew Reams and his fiance Zach. You guys treat them so well. They even adore the fitness center.
I lived here for six years, and the decline under current management has been staggering. The building suffers from severe infestations—including mice, bats, and a persistent cockroach problem likely linked to the neighboring restaurant. Despite providing photographic evidence, the landlord refuses to take proper action. Furthermore, management is highly unprofessional. I have been living here for a little over a year now. Even before I lived here I have always had a good relationship with the property management here as I run a small elevator museum and before they gutted the old building allowed me to salvage an elevator button panel that otherwise would have been thrown away.
