Document absolutely everything if you rent here. We are accused of damaging our apartment beyond wear and tear, although our landlord cannot produce photographs or describe where the damage took place. When you go to move out, they will simply hold your money. We offered management (Lofts at West Station) multiple opportunities to correct this error, but they refused. I've seen videos on this apartment from dieselducy aka Andrew Reams and his fiance Zach. You guys treat them so well. They even adore the fitness center.
I lived here for six years, and the decline under current management has been staggering. The building suffers from severe infestations—including mice, bats, and a persistent cockroach problem likely linked to the neighboring restaurant. Despite providing photographic evidence, the landlord refuses to take proper action. Furthermore, management is highly unprofessional.
