If you want to live in a place where rent is more than a mortgage, dog shit is all over the property (including in the elevators), heat/ac is constantly broken, electric bills are $350-$500, maintenance never fixes anything properly, elevator is constantly down, and the front office and "management" is completely incompetent look no further and call this your home!
