We decided to rent then see if we wanted to live in Staunton. We chose the lofts at the villages, how fortunate we were. Love the loft, love the character in the place. We had an issue with the dishwasher not working, maintenance came within the day, received a new washer within that day, WOW! As with any apartment, issues will come up but with speaking to other residents, issues are resolved quickly. Lovely views of this beautiful town, able to walk to downtown. Such a beautiful building to live in with lots of natural sun, good appliances, and nice friendly community. 10 minute walk to farmers market/downtown staunton. Especially appreciated Chris who always went out of his way to respond to maintenance requests so promptly.
The staff is great and are extremely helpful! Maintenance requests were fixed in a timely manner and the overall up keep of the area is great. Apartments are great and are at a good price for the value you receive. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking at staying in the area!
Lived at the Lofts for 6 years. It is close to many interesting places. The staff there were very helpful, timely, and in formative. It is a quiet comfortable space. The in apartment washer and dryer, was very convenient. If you are looking for a quiet spot to call home, check them out.
Beautiful, historic building with a wonderful staff and peaceful atmosphere. My cat and I love it here!
