I would like to give a shout out to our head of maintenance Gregg Brownell for his outstanding leadership and his sense of urgency in resolving issues that are important to residents. During the current heat wave, my AC stopped working in middle of the night. Greg went above and beyond by calling around the Capital Region to locate replacement parts and remained at my apartment until after 7 PM when repairs were complete. Moved in January 2022. Have had the usual number of catastrophes, none life threatening, and most caused by me. Every single time I have been helped practically immediately by Greg, who if he didn’t come himself sent the right person. I never posted anything here before but the minimum times Greg has bailed me out in the last 3 or so years is at least 3 or 4 times a year……..
I recently visited my daughter at the Lofts and had the pleasure of meeting Marty during my stay. You can tell right away how much care and pride he puts into keeping the property beautiful — from the perfectly maintained trees and flowers to the peaceful, clean grounds. As a mom, it’s such a comfort knowing my daughter is living somewhere not only beautiful, but where people like Marty take real pride in their work and the community. If Marty is a reflection of the team here, I know she’s in good hands!
