After years of looking at the lofts we finally moved here in July. I can’t say enough about how wonderful and beautiful our 2 bedroom loft is and how we constantly feel like we are in a resort. The grounds are gorgeous, the people are friendly and we are so close to so many things there is no reason to ever be bored. We LOVE it here ! Thanks the management and maintenance this place is truly a haven and a beautiful community !
This is more than an apartment, Lofts is a community. Thanks to the hard working staff we call this home. Maintenance lead by Greg Brownell is superior in their service!

I would like to give a shout out to our head of maintenance Gregg Brownell for his outstanding leadership and his sense of urgency in resolving issues that are important to residents. During the current heat wave, my AC stopped working in middle of the night. Greg went above and beyond by calling around the Capital Region to locate replacement parts and remained at my apartment until after 7 PM when repairs were complete.
