The Winter of 2025-26 has been painfully challenging especially for the team that maintains our grounds and facilities at The Lofts. As we peeked out our windows, whether it be early morning, afternoon or night, someone from the maintenance staff were moving an ungodly amount of ice and snow from our sidewalks, driveways and roads. They ensured that our grounds and facilities were safe and our lives accessible. Thank you Gregg, Drew, Dean and Jamie for your commitment to the residents at the Lofts! Patrick Cooper
I pay a rent of +$2000 / month to be discriminated against for my neurological disability. This threatens my safety as a disabled tenant, who like all tenants, has the same right to live, and live in comfort. My rent payment is higher than the value I am given, and I face disability discrimination on top of that. Poor investment.
I cannot recommend the Lofts enough! Amazing units, great on-site amenities (pool, hot tub, golf simulator, etc) and top notch staff! Annemarie and Joe in office were so easy to work with and very responsive of requests. Shane in maintenance was also quick to respond to any issues that came up.
