I've been trying to make contact with customer care via email, phone calls for over a month now with no response. The only response was an automated email stating that customer service would get a hold of me within three business days. It's been over a week.
I cannot say enough good things about the staff here, specifically Brooke and Mynicca. It was a very unexpected and bad situation that they made so easy. They communicated every step of the way, great communication, and followed up as promised. They even answered all my annoying questions. Forever thankful...
