RecommendedI am incredibly impressed by the maintenance staff at The Lofts. Just today I put in 2 maintenance requests for little minor preventative maintenance items, and Ralph came and fixed both within 12 hours of putting in the request. I always get quick responses even for minor things that they definitely are not required to respond to within a 24 hour period. The guys are all friendly and professional, and the work they do is quick and done well. Thanks Ralph!
The Lofts At Alta Palisades is one of the most beautiful apartment complexes in Richardson. Not only is it filled with Great employees full of big hearts and professionalism. Tara, Alishia, Justine, and Marty are the hearts and soul of the apartment complex. I for one just knowing that they are at the front desk greeting each potential tenant with a big smile and warm hello makes me so proud to call The Lofts Of Alta Palasade my home.. I can’t say enough good things about this property and staff at my new home. It has been a pleasure to work with everyone and they have soared above and beyond in their efforts to make residents comfortable and happy. I moved my parents here from Ohio so we could all reside at a common complex, and they are very happy to call this their forever home. So grateful I found this gem of an apartment complex! ���
Hands down they have the best employees in Dallas. Justine and Kendal always go the extra mile to make you feel at home! They are not STAFF to me anymore, they are family!
