RecommendedEastside heights is a wonderful residence. I actually accidentally went to the wrong apartment for a tour (Eastside instead of Eastland) & completely fell in love. It was definitely meant to be. Deka & Kelley are absolutely amazing property managers. They are always there to communicate/assist with any & all inquiries/requests, I couldn’t be more thankful. I highly recommend Eastside Heights to the public

RecommendedGreat manager Mr. Sam and. His staff they make us feel like family ,we been here over 5 years we love it any problem goes in our apartment they come and fix. It very professional ,we are very lucky to be here .
First Fetch is no longer offered and now the washer and dryer email. What is going on with this place? Also, don’t send out an email saying that the pool is closed when people are still swimming and being loud. I don’t understand how it is closed but people are allowed to still swim? You all are making me want to move out as soon as I can and I’ve lived here since these apartments opened. Very sad that you don’t care about your loyal long-time residents. Quit changing things! We have enough to deal with right now.
This new steadfast management company that has taken over is the absolute worst. The property manager had my car towed because I didn't have my placard displayed in the window. A rule that was never specified when purchasing my parking spot. He claimed that there was nothing he could do other than credit my account only after I show him the receipt. Mind you were in a COVID pandemic and people have lost their jobs. Myself included. I brought the receipt in the next day and the only lady that works in the office now, not sure... read more
RecommendedTransplant from ATL. Loving the Nashville area and a good part of the experience is due to my apartment. I’ve loved neighbors, amenities and the staff. Kelly is super sweet, patient and eager to help if you ever get the opportunity to connect with her. Everyone has dogs (which is a plus to me), the gymS are awesome, the events are always so generous and unique and the place is secure. Worth every penny and I’ve been very pleased.
Recommendedvery nice and gated. the grounds are very well kept. peaceful and quiet. The garbage service is awesome, set it outside your door and they pick it up.
Send out an objective, detailed and "Anonymous" Survey - "Electronically" to all Steadfast property residents "PAST" and Present" if you want true insight of how they feel. Give them an incentive to honestly fill out and return the survey "Electronically". Be prepared to hear "THEIR" Truths... and be prepared to make some paradigm shifts at each site - staff and on new policy and procedural methods that will make changes on how residents "potential" residents and past residents are/will be and were treated.
