Id like to share my review after living here for 2 years. Initially I wanna thank Eric for being an absolute gem of a human. Making my move in process easy and helping me find a great apartment. When he left I was initially really sad, however Morgan took his place and she is just as great! She helped me with any issues I had. HORRID. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE (PMC PROPERTY GROUP) Roaches everywhere. In the main lobby. Crawling on the outside of the apartment doors & In almost every unit on the first floor. Leaks in the bathroom because there are no drainage holes for the A/C units. No windows on the first floor. It’s like living in a bunker. No one should ever move here!! In fact this place should probably be condemned. Just YUCK.
I lived here for 2 years and thoroughly enjoyed it. After reading numerous horror stories of property management groups in the area, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with PMC. Maintenance requests were attended to in a timely manner (same-day more often than not), the hallways and common areas were always kept clean, and management was always incredibly responsive to inquiries (shout-out to Beth and Morgan). I absolutely love living here. The restaurant choices surrounding the area are amazing which is a plus if you're a foodie, the train station is walking distance. (Shoutout to Eriq for being awesome and attentive!)
