The fourth floor hasn't had ac in years and there's always an excuse as to why it isn't fixed. Don't recommend until they can get multiple repairs I've requested done and take better care of the place. EDIT: TRY LIVING HERE WITH A CHRONIC LUNG DISEASE, NO HEAT AND IT BEING 1° OUTSIDE AND NOT BEING ABLE TO USE SPACE HEATERS BECAUSE OF THE ELECTRICAL ISSUE WITH IT FLIPPING THE BREAKERS EVEN AFTER HAVING NOTHING ELSE PLUGGED IN!!! NO HEAT NO AC ON THE 4TH FLOOR AND WODA STATES NO MONEY TO FIX IT. SAD.
