If I could rate this apartment a 0 , I would. The last review from (Ethan) is spot on to every single experience I’ve had. I lived here for almost 3 years and I was ready to leave after the 1st year. Thankfully the property manager we have now is great but the management company itself is greedy and doesn’t fix anything. They find anyway to rob your money. I recently moved out of The Lofts at 525 after living there for two years, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. While things seemed fine initially—the property manager was friendly and the apartment appeared decent—the experience quickly soured. Upon moving in, the apartment was dirty, despite the expectation that units would be thoroughly cleaned. Aida is the best! I had a leaking window that unfortunately had some rain dripping onto my window sill. Aida was very response. It did take a couple of days for them to check it out, but turns out it was because they were fixing the roof, which ultimately fixed my problem. The staff and residents are also very friendly and welcoming.

I’ve lived at the loft for almost 2 years now and Haven't had any complaints! If theres a problem Mrs.Aida makes sure she gets whatever the situation is handled! They are great with the pets in the building by providing them treats and doggy bags to pick up after them if the owners doesnt have any!
