My brother and I have moved in just shy of 6 months ago in June and it has been issues upon issues with minimal effort in resolving them. First night we moved in, we found hundreds of roaches that we had to kill (easily up to 300) within the first and second night. It took weeks to get them to spray in the apartment and even so it hasn't been consistent to resolve that issue. We still find some here and there. I truly do not recommend living here there is a serious roach problem as well as a serious mold issue. You will be told to place a ticket for any issues and when you do they may or may not be completed. I’ve had mold in my appt since before February have proof of a ticket and it was completed way back then yet I still have mold. They also lie I have proof that there’s a leak and instead I get sent a photo that is nowhere near the leak it’s a completely separate wall as they won’t take accountability just blame the tenant for... read more
