RecommendedI recently was looking for an apartment for my parents, and although they did not have any one bedrooms available, everyone seemed helpful and friendly. The building was well maintained and my parents found the other residents in the building very nice. We will be putting them on the waitlist.
extremely disappointed at the amount of racism and disrespect here from the tenants towards latino residents!
the apartment are beautiful but the managment is not good. she will say your doing things and your not.they will do inspection at last minute and they walk into your apartment unnoticed.i would not move back to this place and i am telling people that this is not a good place to live. so please anyone reading my post take this advice and stay away from this place.
This place is incredible! I'm setting my father and son up with an apartment here, it's nice that such luxury is made available for the retired with a limited income.
The lofts at 30 pines is exceptionally beautiful, just like the photos show you. I was given a tour of the apartment which is very well maintained and obvious pride is taken in caring for the building. The complex has 4 floors and a very speedy elevator to the top floor (that's where the apartment I was interested in was located). The staff are very welcoming and will answer any questions you may have!
