When they let their residents stay in an apartment with no air , 95 degrees outside, 86 inside , it's a disgrace!!! They were told at 09:20, air went out 5:30 yesterday afternoon! Up since 2 am because I'm too hot to sleep!!! I'll be glad when they open in the morning but I can guarantee they won't be happy!!!
I love love love this place! We moved in in November and everything has been great. Very few maintenance problems (and when there were problems they were addressed promptly). The pool area is incredible, the apartment is incredible, and the office staff is very friendly! We don't plan on leaving any time soon!
My husband is in the military so we came from Little Rock Air Force Base, AR. We found The Lofts online a couple of months ago. We contacted them for more information. Long story short, the ladies were remarkable in everything we had to get done & so sweet!! Once we got here, the pictures didn't do it justice. The apartment is absolutely amazing & so spacious. They're so close to dining, entertainment, etc. We are very pleased to say the least!! :-)
