We had a great experience while our daughter was living there. The prices were good - even the reserved parking, had great amenities, albeit a bit rundown. This was expected given the average college apartment. However, in the last two months of the lease, they added a random roommate which made the girls very uncomfortable and miserable. Additionally, after move-out they charged us for paint damage because when the room was originally painted before we moved in, they didn't paint the whole room - only touchups. You go to their website to apply for current availability, choose the available floor plans that the website says is available, and then you receive a text/email saying they don’t have studio apartments available (Which is their way of saying nothing is available, but they need to fix their text and remove “studio” because I wasn’t even looking for a studio, very confusing on why they say that, just say “no available apartments for immediate move in”, remove the word “studio”, makes no sense to include it as it makes it seem... read more
