My experience with renting at Loft700 has been nothing but positive. I rented an office unit for my business and then expanded to a live/work unit. I couldn't be happier with the layout, pricing, and location. The big bonus is the property owners are very kind, professional, and responsive to rental related needs and concerns. I would highly recommend renting here if you're looking for a professional environment and friendly atmosphere.
I’ve lived at the Lofts for two years now, and just renewed for a third. I have never had the pleasure of working with such a responsive management team before. The building has some quirks, but they are minor and easy to accommodate. The entire property is kept clean, well-maintained, and on the *rare* occasion there is something that needs addressing, it’s taken care of promptly.
