You know.. I liked living here.. but they are freaking ridiculous most of the time. They will make you pay for a damn trash bag on the floor. My roommate stayed in the apartment after I left and he had a trash bag on the floor. The lofts tried to charge me but he told them it was him. You'd think that would be that, but nope! The lofts charged my roommate for the trash bag! They charged him for disposing of trash in a proper way! Screw these money hungry people! I have never had so many problems at a student housing complex. I can not wait to get out of this place. DO NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL! Hopefully Corporate will call me back so I can explain further!
There's a lot of bad reviews about this place lol I was all excited about taking a look at the place in person and possibly signing my first lease but I'm worried now .
DON'T DO IT!! One of the worst places to live, your experience will be better somewhere else. The administration and staff suck they are absolutely NO help instead they're rude. This place has fees for everything! They'll find a way to suck every cent out of you! Seriously don't let them fool you into signing because you'll end up here a year later writing about your horrible experience.
Worst group of scam artists in the history of man. Good luck getting anything done. That 1 star is a gift.
