I booked a brow lamination appointment with Michaella and the results were far better than I could have imagined or hoped for! I’m absolutely in love with my new brows. When I entered the salon it truly felt like a hidden gem, it was relaxing and overall aesthetically pleasing. I knew I was in good hands with how well kept it was and beautiful. Michaella was professional, well spoken, and kind. Our interaction felt natural and it was easy communicating my wants/expectations. Money well spent! I will be back!
I have been coming to the Loft for years. First to get my eyebrows microbladed and shaded by Jeńe (she’s is absolutely incredible at what she does. I’m constantly getting compliments about my brows.) I am now getting microneedling done / facial wedding prep done by Paris and she is also incredibly amazing at what she does. Absolutely obsessed with my brows! I was really nervous about getting nano blading and had been thinking about it for years before finally taking the leap. A friend referred me to Jene, and I’m so grateful she did. Jene was incredibly accommodating, explained every step of the process, and made herself available for all my questions and concerns, which made me feel completely at ease. I just had my retouch and the results are truly game-changing. Thank you again for these amazing brows — I couldn’t be happier!
