Made an appointment yesterday, Thursday, for Friday at 3 for my husband and I to get a haircut, we got there at 2:55 with no greeting for about 5 or more minutes before we were finally acknowledged. After another 10ish minutes the lady there didn’t know about our appointment and called the other 2 stylists who weren’t there to see who we were suppose to be with and 1 didn’t answer and the other said it wasn’t them.
