Ive hesitated to share my experience with this place I had loved every visit on my highlights but last visit ended before It got finished let's say I wont be going back my bp went up and never will return very poor atmosphere for customer service
Absolutely amazing stylists at The Loft! I’ve been going to Sarah for about 7 years and I have always been more than satisfied with every haircut. The atmosphere is very welcoming and everyone there is friendly. I couldn’t see myself ever going anywhere else!
Made an appointment yesterday, Thursday, for Friday at 3 for my husband and I to get a haircut, we got there at 2:55 with no greeting for about 5 or more minutes before we were finally acknowledged. After another 10ish minutes the lady there didn’t know about our appointment and called the other 2 stylists who weren’t there to see who we were suppose to be with and 1 didn’t answer and the other said it wasn’t them.
