My daughter told the stylist that she wanted to grow her shoulder length hair out . She now has a boy's extremely short haircut. She has been crying for the past hour. Also, the cut is not even. The stylist messed this up by not listening to the client.
It's been months later and my hair is STILL fried and damaged! I am spending loads of money for professional treatments!!!! They've totally changed the texture of my hair and my long hair has completelybroken off. I don't know why I didn't sue them - I have photos for proof and the testimony of my new stylist. So freaking upset over this. My hair is completely ruined!!!!!!!!
Super friendly staff. First rate stylist. Don I is excellent and takes special interest in each client. Love it there!!
