The only medspa I will visit for injections!
I am writing to address an unfortunate incident involving the owner, Ruth, who caused damage to the rear windshield of my vehicle as she smashed it with a helmet. This occurred following an altercation initiated by her husband while he was under the influence of alcohol at the casino. Despite my attempts to reach out for resolution, she has not responded to my calls or messages and has blocked me on all communication platforms. I am seeking reimbursement for the damages incurred as a result of this incident.
My experience at The Loft Medspa has been so positive. Ruth is amazing! She is passionate about her work and it shows. She took time to listen and understand my symptoms and concerns. From scheduling my first appointment with her to the actual procedure she was professional, competent, and caring. Her space was very clean and welcoming and I appreciated her approach and the time she took to educate and explain treatment options.
