I have been getting laser treatments with Jennifer. I was initially scared because I had a bad experience with a laser in the past. Jennifer did an honest assessment of my skin and did a customized laser treatment/plan for me that addressed all the issues that I was concerned with. (She did not try to sell me something that I did not need or that was not a good fit for my skin). The team here is professional, the space is spotless, and everyone is incredibly kind. I’ll admit I felt a bit awkward coming in as a guy at first, but they made me feel completely comfortable. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about The Loft and the care I received from Jennifer. I came in for a broadband light (BBL) laser treatment. Jennifer is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, which makes a huge difference—especially during a treatment that can feel a bit "snappy." Although it really wasn't that painful.
