Lexi turned my hair from a frizzy monstrosity to gorgeous curls! I'm in awe because I didn't even realize I had curls😂 she took the time to explain product and care/upkeep and as someone who knows nothing about properly taking care of my hair, I was so appreciative at how thoroughly she explained things. Lexi is SO personable and so talented at her job. Thank you so much, Lexi!!! I am in love with my hair and thank you for making me feel pretty 🩷 Will 100% go back and recommend them to everyone I know!

This salon is incredible. I followed my stylist Lexi here and I felt like everyone was so kind. Coreen offered me snacks and beverages while Lexi got set up. The service itself was incredible. They offer a few complimentary options like hand massages and a foot soak. I left feeling relaxed and a new person. Lexi did an incredible job on my highlights!! Been going to the loft for over a year now and it has been the best salon experience. My hair has never looked better, never felt better. Amy and the rest of the staff are amazing. I look forward to my appointment every time. Having curly hair can be a struggle, but having a stylist that know what they’re doing makes a huge impact. Cannot recommend enough.
