My sister in law booked me a curly hair first appointment and I must say I'm in love! Lexi was amazing and explained every step she was doing and why! The whole place has a zen vibe and lovely ladies! My curls have never looked better!

Ohh my goodness what an amazing experience! It was my first visit to The Loft and it didn't disappoint. From the personal welcome sign to the footbath to the hand massage it was pure ecstasy! The attention to detail and pampering is unmatched. The icing on the cake is that Amy did an incredible job on my hair. They absolutely go over and above at the salon to make you feel special and meet all of your needs. I highly recommend them!
I've used some of the most notable salons in London, New York, Paris, Monte Carlo. None compare with the Amy's skill. She is in a class of her own.
