Julia was amazing! Cut was exactly what I asked for. Easy conversation and silences were not uncomfortable. Booking was super easy through her insta. Highly recommend!

The team that Ashley has curated is the best in Fayetteville! Kenna and Ashely have more talent in their pinky fingers than most hairstylists and personalities that make your time with them so enjoyable. You can tell how good a stylist is by how their hair looks - and you haven't seen more gorgeous locks. Some people work really hard to learn and train, and some people just have the eye for color and style - The ladies at the Loft are it! Raw talent!
Poor communication. I texted one of the stylist (using the number off her IG) never heard anything back for 12 days. So I called the salon, I was told someone would get back to me. It’s been 4 days and I haven’t heard anything. It’s dissatisfying, because I really liked the first haircut I got with them about 10 months ago.
