The place is cute, however we were the only two people in the location and no one acknowledged us for a solid 20 minutes. I figured maybe the gal at the counter was having a day so ordered a coffee anyhow to go, it wasn’t great. I want to see small town and small businesses succeed but please acknowledge your customers. A simple hello would have gone a long way.
I love downtown coffee shops, so happy to have one I can visit! Thr barista was friendly and patient. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the shop inside. Stuff is very expensive and out of my budget...personally, I would have invested in tables and chairs. When I go out for a coffee I like to sit and enjoy it, not shop in an expensive store.
Both locations are loverly. Great coffee, nice folks.
I have passed the sign on the sidewalk many times always making a mental note to go in one day. Well, that one day has arrived and I am so glad I did. It is situated above the Law office in Coaldale. Walking up the stairs, I didn't quite know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door. The staff are very welcoming. The shop has a very comfortable holistic feel to it.
