I went for the NPC workshop. Definitely a great fit for those who love that raw atmosphere. It's a vibe for sure. Would have loved to been able to experience it in its full capacity. If I am ever back in the area I'd absolutely give The Loft a chance

I've been going to the loft for 3 years now, and from the community I've gained to the results, I am so glad to be a part of this gym! Cam is my trainer, and I appreciate how he tends to his clients needs. Specifically paying attention to injuries. He works with me to modify when necessary, but still challenges me, so I get the results I desire.
