Extremely horrible staff and customer service was trash. The rooms were nice and the location is amazing (this review's saving grace). The pool & hot tub is shut down by 8:00pm & the locker rooms were never cleaned, towels never refreshed, and overall the atmosphere was lacking of a caring cleaning crew (never once saw anyone). Management really needs to work on how they treat their guests. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay with great views.
