The Annex includes natural wood, exposed-strut ceilings, polished cement floors, clean, neutral walls and built-in AV booth and bar. The space has an expanse of retractable doors that seamlessly open to our Green Space.

Amazing venue with the greatest support staff! I totally recommend renting this venue for your next event.
The facility was clean, spacious and simply well decorated. The staff was attentive and friendly. Parking was a chore. The neighborhood is unpleasant and industrial. There were many unsightly RV homes parked near the venue. I am not sure how safe this neighborhood is at night.
