Wouldn't recommend it! I lived there for a year the only good points were nice maintenance, spacious, and good water pressure. Other than that it was terrible. Place was filthy when I moved in and a terrible odor. Carpets were grimy. I never was able to walk around barefoot it was so gross. There were multiple water leaks from the apartment above which was a pain to deal with. Cabinet doors and stove knobs were missing and never replaced. Maintenance was always quick. I lived there for one year, and I'd say it was an average one-bedroom apartment -- about as much as you would expect for a reasonably priced undergrad apartment. Location is slightly far from campus, but it's manageable. The apartment was a bit outdated, and the wear-and-tear was definitely showing. But, overall it was a decent place.
