If she doesn't know an area, she will make sure you have the help you need. She has answered questions for us many times even after buying our home. She will treat you more like a friend than just a client.

Dawn was so professional and knowledgeable while helping us move out here. She was always available to work with our schedule and was so compassionate when I had a buyers "meltdown" due to a stressful early move out we were not prepared for. I wouldn't have anyone else help us with our next home purchase.

Dawn is super. In the past 7 years, she found us two rent houses, sold us a huse and sold one for us. No complaints. The last house she found for us was immediately before I returned from overseas. I cannot describe how awesome it was to be able to move straight into my own new home upon returning. Thanks Dawn.

very poor communication. Does not follow up on leads. Had a initial appointment, then ghosted except for mass emails asking for a phone number to be sent a app. She already has my number from the initial appointment.
