My roommate and I loved living at this place. Our unit was 2b2b with a spacious backyard. There are a few things that might be bothering. One is the thin wooden ceiling that you can hear every single steps and toilet flushes, if you live on the first/ground floor. Another thing is the non-insulated windows that will be frozen even from the inside and let the cold weather in. But, we told them and they said they will fix it for the next renant. The leasing office promotes excellent customer service - friendly and approachable. I wish the units had opportunities for recycling and regular updates to appliances (some of my appliances are pretty old and outdated) but the unit overall is safe, communal and comfortable place to live.
They have bed bugs I was told by Trevor pierce
