Probably one of the worst places, parking sucks and then they resurfaced the parking lot and took away places. Manager is rude and doesn't respond to emails - if she doesn't like you very vindictive! They have said stating they have chosen not to extend my lease of offer a renewal. But when you dont fit into their plan of the future or your are paying below market value - you're no longer wanted to stay. Overall not bad, but inconsistent management and communication, plus changes to the lease, have made it a bumpy ride for the past couple of years. The assistant lodge manager, Emily hung up the phone while I was trying to get information about the final settlement process. Rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I would appreciate a call back to resolve my issue.
Best value for the area in Overland Park, Johnson County, Kansas.
While I have not had many problems with my apartment unit I am however, disappointed in the readiness of the amenities and the office staff. The pools have been closed the majority of the summer, not to mention, it took almost a month to open after Memorial Day. The office staff, half the time, is not able to answer why the pools are closed and then send the pool cleaners to clean up their problem after being notified. Pools are still green, holes all over the parking lot. It's clear the supervisor has no clue how to operate pools. No management structure in place. Can we get a concession on our rent because you can't do your jobs?
