We moved from out of state and moved into this place site unseen. We arrived and didn't get a walkthrough. Our first night, we noticed that there were screws and bolts in random places buried in the carpet. The second night, we noticed that there were bolts sticking up under the carpet in the center of main walkways. Clearly, whomever put in the carpet said "not my job" and carpeted over the toe stubbers. We filed a maintenance request. The guy came within a day or so and removed one both but left the other.
