My schnauzer has had so many anxiety issues from his last HORRIBLE experience elsewhere and this is now the place I will be using. Stephanie came and spoke with me and the entire staff seemed to be on board with my concerns. He was groomed today and looks excellent. I am so relieved and happy to have somewhere that I know will take care of his needs and calm me down so that it can be done, AND he was done in an extremely timely manner. I can't say thank you enough.

Actually, we loved it there until they abruptly let our trainer go. She worked wonders with our Buddy whenever he was there. We will most likely not use this place for boarding. Very disappointed.
Thank you Stephanie for the girls Puppy Spa Day! They are so cute with their nails painted & little bandannas! I definitely recommend all fur babies have a spa day at The Lodge!
We have a 5 year old-90 pound black labradoodle that has had many haircuts in his life... We use Dr. Romero at the Montgomery Animal Hospital so after taking him in for shots we scheduled an appointment for a grooming as he was way overdue. I usually dread the haircut because he doesn't look like himself and always looks a little naked afterwards. Well that changed today. This is THE BEST our dog has ever looked.
