Cruz and Leah were great, the location is right on the bus route, and the rent is cheaper compared to other apartment complex. However, my roommates and I now understand why it is cheaper. It took us over a month to even get through the lease signing process and we had to keep calling to push the process forward. We didn’t have a working dishwasher the entire time, our washing machine shredded many of our items, and there was constantly something wrong with the unit. My daughter has been on the garage waiting list since moving in October of 2024, a garage opened up, she was called and told it was available, then they gave it instead to a new tenant and called her back and canceled. Complete BS!!!
