The spa resort is amazing. Can’t believe when we showed up they told us it was our seventh time staying there. The classes are phenomenal and the multiple spa areas to hang out and make for an amazing relaxed experience. Unfortunately, we had a family emergency and had to check out early. They could not have been any nicer about it And provided me with a refund for the unused night. I know that was something they did not have to do as I was committed from a payment standpoint. The facilities themselves deserve a 5! Great sauna and steam rooms! Co-ed and same sex areas. Luxurious hot tubs indoors/outdoors. Perfect pool temperature. Nice private showers you can use, to clean up before leaving. I’m unsure if I prefer facials or massages. It’s been a while since I had a massage with them. I had my first facial with Woodloch, and it was lovely. I was pleasantly surprised when other areas were given attention (foot booties/massage) – because I was expecting just face. Didn't schedule any services. Participated in cooking classes, meditation sessions, hikes, enjoyed the hot tub, and excellent meals
My friend and I had the BEST experience at the Woodloch Spa. Not only were the amenities incredibly clean and up to date, but the staff were the absolute best. We were on the waitlist and Lisa went above and beyond to help us get a reservation. We were greeted by Robert at the front gate who is the opitimy of joy. It really started out our experience on such a high that continued through the massage, the steam room and saunas, and hot tubs and pool. . I would go back anytime and reccomend to everyone!
