Didn't schedule any services. Participated in cooking classes, meditation sessions, hikes, enjoyed the hot tub, and excellent meals
My friend and I had the BEST experience at the Woodloch Spa. Not only were the amenities incredibly clean and up to date, but the staff were the absolute best. We were on the waitlist and Lisa went above and beyond to help us get a reservation. We were greeted by Robert at the front gate who is the opitimy of joy. It really started out our experience on such a high that continued through the massage, the steam room and saunas, and hot tubs and pool. . I would go back anytime and reccomend to everyone!
The spa itself is exceptional — beautiful facilities and genuinely warm staff in both the spa and parking areas. Unfortunately, my experience with the restaurant was very disappointing and diminished an otherwise wonderful visit. I arrived too late for breakfast, and the hostess/manager informed me that lunch would begin at 11:30 AM. At no point did she mention that reservations were required.
