My mom and I had an absolutely amazing experience at the resort and spa. The staff was incredible and so friendly! Everything is kept pristine. There are so many activities to do on the property. Drinks from the bar were great. We can’t stop talking about when we’re going to be coming back! Thank you! Everything is done right at this resort and it SHOWS!
Highly recommend, everytime I’ve come here it’s been great, and kept to the same standard and quality. Have been coming here now a few times a year for the last few years. The steam rooms, saunas, hot tubs all are clean and good temperatures. Nice teas, waters and snacks as well. Locker rooms, showers/changing areas are top tier. Just want to start calling out some of the massage therapists I’ve had, I usually get the tension tamer and would recommend. Have gotten facials as well and would recommend that too. The Lodge at Woodloch Spa had a great experience. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The spa was very relaxing. Overall, the stay was peaceful and comfortable.
The spa resort is amazing. Can’t believe when we showed up they told us it was our seventh time staying there. The classes are phenomenal and the multiple spa areas to hang out and make for an amazing relaxed experience. Unfortunately, we had a family emergency and had to check out early. They could not have been any nicer about it And provided me with a refund for the unused night. I know that was something they did not have to do as I was committed from a payment standpoint.
