It’s 2:15 on Christmas morning and the fire alarms have been going off for about 3 hours now. These late night fire alarms have been a problem multiple times in the past. The train runs right next to the building all night long. Construction zones surround all sides of the building except the one that backs up to the highway, and the trash trucks come and empty the dumpsters around 6:30am multiple times per week. We are sincerely sorry for the issue with the fire alarm on Christmas eve, it was most definitely not the start to the holiday we wanted for our residents but all issues are since resolved. RecommendedWhat I like about The Cortona Apartments is that they are well built and designed and the neighborhood is very quiet. It is also right by a park for walking and biking. The office staff and maintenance staff seem to care about making you happy and satisfied too. Reggie, D, and Rudie do a great job on maintenance, and Sam in the front office is great too! Thank you!

RecommendedAs a mom of 2 kids and a dog, I love the amenities, pools, that it is dog friendly, and super close to everything you need in town. The staff is extremely helpful with any concerns, and handle problems immediately. I highly recommend these apartments. Ask for Tiffany, she is extremely knowledgeable of the property and will do what it takes to make your move go smoothly.

RecommendedThis place is AMAZING! My family and I moved here 2 weeks ago and the staff has been incredible. It feels like a family! You can tell that there’s a very healthy environment in the office and we have met so many beautiful people in the apartment complex...we love it!
RecommendedLantower has been welcoming and excellent to work with. I have lived in several other high end apartments and this is one of the best experiences I’ve had. Yes you can hear noise, but that is expected. The staff are responsive and so sweet. Thank you!
