It's okay for a first time starter apartment. But be aware of the paper thin walls and non insulation. The office lady is okay and Juan is alright I guess. I wouldn't go out my way to kiss his behind on the review tho. Matience could be quicker.
Yeah I would suggest not moving here. Unless last resort.
Do not move here. Apts are extremely cheap and have no insulation. Also the vent and drains have been messed up and they haven't fixed them. Focused on the wrong things.. also the AC units have mold and bacteria. Breathing in bad quality air
This place is a complete scam. They offer to be helpful if you have an older criminal history. My felony is over 23 yrs old but it is a concern depending on the policies. (Was a drug charge.) I did my time.have been out 13 + They give n amount to be paid as a caution towards this type record. But they continued to charge more throughout my first months there.
