After many years of staying at MCM Ruidoso, this will be my last. Management refuses to control wild and loud guests blaring music in the patio area. We paid $$$/night to be subjected to this annoyance and unfair to other paying customers. If a hotel cannot control and maintain rules based fair policies among all customers, then its not worth the risk.
If you want to pay $300/night plus to have hords of drunks playing very loud Ranchero music that blasts through every surface of your room for hours and hours, stay here! The management will do nothing to control all the extra towns people that use the pool and patio outside your room!
We loved our stay! Staff was friendly, food was amazing overall a very good deal. Just wished they didn’t do so many harsh chemicals on their hot tub. It ruined our swimsuits! 😔
