These apartments are worse then the south side and the eastside of San Antonio. A neighbor just got his whole apartment door shot up in the middle of day. This place is wild, hood, and ratchet AF. This place was perfect until I started having problems with my neighbors banging, stomping, hitting, thumping against the wall all hours of the day and night for 6 months straight and it is still continuing. I contacted Brandon and Rojelio MULTIPLE times with video evidence and noise level data tracker. NOTHING WAS DONE. Current management at the complex *****!!!! Company that managers this property Management Support is actually worse!!! Has never responded to my emails for the past couple of years we've lived here had issues!!! Maintenance comes in, never announces and has come in while Me and my husband have been home and in bed!!! Either didn't notice or cared!!!! Totally creepy and unprofessional. Beware of their hard sale for the movie theater that is totally awesome but you can only use it during business hours and the equipment is ol... read more

I have been living in this complex for 3.5 years now, and have had many ups and downs with the place. When we 1st came to sign the lease it turned into a 2 week ordeal because the leasing gal in the office didn't have our paperwork put together and was never in office on the days she said she would be. After much frustration we finally signed. I paid almost 2K in deposits due to two broken leases from previous roommate situations, and so this was the nicest place that would accept me. This place is one of those places you fall in love with, until they have your money. My average wait time on a maintenance work order is about 3 weeks, and that's if I keep bugging them about it. There is nowhere near enough parking, and they won't enforce towing people that don't live here. Literally they will only tow residents! And they don't offer the secure facility they say they do. My husband and I moved into these apartments a couple of months ago, since then the smoke detector has gone off several times randomly. I've reported the issue several times and they finally called and said they were going to be replacing them over a week ago yet they have not been in contact with us. Secondly, the mailbox was broken into and they said it was fixed yet it is still loose and both mine and my husbands debit card was stolen and there were about 20 transactions of fraud on our account. Unprofessional personal. Not willing to help former tenants. I was laid off and had to terminate my lease. I am have an excellent credit score and I have always been responsible tenant. I spoke to Liz on 3 occasions about terminating my lease. I tripled checked the amount for early termination so that my employe could cover the fees, 30 days later I am an outstanding balance of $900 when I had already paid almost $3000.
