Just moved in a couple weeks ago....transferred from another property owned by the same company due to horrible and unavoidable circumstances. Was told I would get $300 off my first months' rent since I was transferring from another property owned by the same people, but when the first month's rent was due I was suddenly told I didn't qualify because I transferred before my old lease was completed (which is literally what a transfer is, and obviously the opposite of what I was told originally....). I never had an issue corresponding with them or getting maintenance done but the corporate management office and account resolution personal have no tact. Current management at the complex *****!!!! Company that managers this property Management Support is actually worse!!! Has never responded to my emails for the past couple of years we've lived here had issues!!! Maintenance comes in, never announces and has come in while Me and my husband have been home and in bed!!! Either didn't notice or cared!!!! Totally creepy and unprofessional.
