Higher end apartment complex, quiet and clean. My father's apartment had numerous things that needed fixed and maintenance has been prompt in fixing them. They have been helpful and responsive to his needs. My biggest criticism is that the parking lot is one giant sheet of ice during winter. I have slipped numerous times myself. They could do a better job of making the parking lot safer.
I work high end sales for a living and needed a nice quaint place to live in the St. Cloud area for it. As custom in commission sales I feel positive feedback where it's due is greatly needed sometimes. I moved in to the lodge at pine lakes under torberg management about a year and a half ago.
