Don’t rent here! I am paying almost 1,100 for a gym, poo, dish washer and cable and I have yet to be able to use any of these this. My dish washer started leaking 5 weeks ago and I have left over 7 voicemails and still have yet to hear anything back. I have a pipe outside my apt leaking tons of water into my outside entrance which is now molding. I have tried to reach out to more than 10 people that work for your company and I can't get anyone to help me out. What is going on with you guys? I'm at the Lodge at Maple Grove apartments. I reached out to Alex Costa to inquire about my monthly bills and had him explain a few line items to me. Turns out I've been getting fined for over 2 years for not having rental insurance. they do great monthly events. donuts every Friday. the office staff is always friendly. the apartments are nice.
The lodge has been an amazing place for me To live, They’re always working hard to put together resident events. They Get my work orders done and Even go as far as helping me with any problems I have. And What I Love Most is They Ask me how’s my Apartment every time I come in. Thank You Lodge Team.�

I really like this place so far. The office staff is particularly superb, they are so nice and helpful (it was my first time renting a non-college apartment, and I had a lot of questions). The only gripe I have is that we have to pay for cable even if we don't want it. But the clubhouse is nice and the apartments are nice.
