I’m moving in to my Apt on the 16th of this month and Kaleigh has been helpful from the walk through , application, and signing of lease. I considered a few other properties and the spa themselves and the property’s upkeep and location leaned me toward this property, but the management sold me and sealed my decision instantly. I hoping for this to be home for a long term basis
Prior to movie-in: I've lived in apartments most of my adult life and I'm not exaggerating when I say that Jimmy has been the best property manager I've ever dealt with. I called him a few weeks ago and he actually answered the phone unlike basically every other apartment I've ever called and was super polite and professional on that call. I've been living here since October 2023, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The management team is responsive and friendly, always addressing any concerns promptly. The property is well-maintained and super quiet. The location is also great, with easy access to shopping centers and restaurants. lodge at lakeshore has been such a splendid experience! the neighborhood is peaceful and maintenance has been very officiant and super kind! Definitely recommend this place for anybody wanting somewhere that cares for there owners!
