I lived at the Lodge for almost 5 years and it used to be much better, but ever since coming under new administration the place has gone to $#!T. Hidden fees, horrible maintenance and service, and the staff are impossible to get a hold of. VERY VERY VERY bad with their own customers, and literally thousands of dollars spent paying hidden fees and cleaning fees (even though the place was spotless when I handed over my keys). Horrible Management, Overpriced for Area – Not worth the money Your money would be better spent elsewhere. The lodge is a beautiful apartment complex located directly between the University of South Florida and Busch Gardens, which means that it is completely surrounded by aggressive homeless panhandlers, payday loansharks and pawn shops. The apartment complex looks fine when you approach it from Fowler, but take a ride down Busch before judging the area.
