We've lived here for a year, signed a 15 month lease. Key amenities for us was the outdoor fireplace and pool area fire pit. They have worked properly for maybe 2 of the 12 months we have lived here. Management gives excuse and blames and don't fix the problem. Very unprofessional and rude! The place was built two years ago and is beautiful, but don't move here if you expect amenities to be repaired on a timely basis. Did I say, management is rude and unprofessional.
