The service was acceptable.
This place reeks of pet urine. The rooms are overpriced and horrible. It was recommended by a local but they had not been in the rooms. The pet cleaning fee is ridiculous and the staff doesn't care, even when the stench of the rooms and the lack of care to the rooms is brought to their attention. The fee is non-refundable and they do not clean the rooms. This is a WorldMark property and all they care about is money. Don't stay there.
We enjoy our stay at Eagle Crest each year. The maintenance in the townhouse usually needs to be more thorough, especially the floors. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is a fitness center along with different types of bikes to rent. Several golf courses are available.
