We stayed at Eagle Crest Lodge for 3 nights. This was our first time at this lodge. The lodge is in a great location. From the outside and the lobby, the lodge looks great. We found our room looking old and tired. The furniture was uncomfortable. The bed was satisfactory. Upon further inspection of our room, I noticed a fair amount of dog hair. In the bathroom, there was a smell of urine and dog hair stuck to the door. It was evident the bathroom had not been adequately cleaned. In addition to the odor and pet hair, it also ... read more

Honestly, I was very pleasantly surprised by this place. The setup is a little different since there are a few companies that operate within the resort, but aside from that, everything has been fantastic. The rooms are a great size, giving all of us plenty of space to be comfortable. The kiddos loved using the wristbands to access the rooms, and the welcome packet with our name on it was a really nice touch. The resort itself is surprisingly large and offers so much to do.
