We checked in for a week-long stay at The Lodge at Eagle Crest, and to say it was a major disappointment is an understatement. For the price you pay to stay here, you expect decent accommodations and basic hospitality—neither of which were delivered. The room itself felt completely neglected. The furniture was severely worn out and dated, but worse than its appearance was its functionality.
